This Sulawesi is an estate-grown on the slopes of Mount Karua at the staggering height of over 8000 feet above sea level. It’s one of the few Indonesian beans we roast lighter than medium-dark because it makes such a clean coffee with complex flavors and pleasant acidity. At our shop, we’re serving it as a pour-over as well as single-origin espresso, so we think it’s pretty versatile!
